This policy covers the website at punchcard-site-rho.vercel.app, run by Red Pocket Limited. How the Punchcard app handles your Xero data is described under Trust & privacy, and will be set out in full in the app's own privacy policy before launch.
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and whether you use a Mac or Windows. We use it only to tell you about Punchcard's beta, launch and founding-member pricing. The list is stored with our email provider, Resend. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing, or asking us to delete your address, removes you from the list.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure performance. They don't use cookies and don't track you across other sites. We also count waitlist sign-ups by platform, without your email address.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to serve pages and protect against abuse.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Reply to any waitlist email to reach us.
